Do I have to go where my doctor sends my order for imaging?
No. You have the legal right to choose your imaging provider. Even if your doctor’s office has already sent an order elsewhere, you can simply call us at 307.675.1500. We will handle the paperwork and coordinate the transfer of your order for you—often in just a few minutes.
How is Bighorn Medical Imaging different from a traditional hospital setting?

What is a "Large Bore MRI" and why does it matter?
The “bore” is the opening of the MRI machine. Ours is significantly wider than standard hospital models. This extra space—combined with the natural light in our suite—helps reduce the “closed-in” feeling or anxiety often associated with traditional MRIs.
Why is your "Cash Price" lower than what I might pay elsewhere
As a small, independent facility, we don’t have the heavy administrative overhead and “facility fees” that large hospitals often charge. We pass those savings directly to you, making high-end imaging accessible for those with high-deductible plans or no insurance.
Can I use my HSA or FSA for these prices?
